Everything was really good and lots to do. the breakfast meal was good quality. - the location of the hotel was comfortable and perfect - not very far from a grand theatre. - It was located in a very very nice area very close to restaurants, tram, Deutsches Museum, don't need a tour and Marienplatz in 15min.

The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, it had friendly efficient and especially helpful staff who proposed service. The hotel was in a comfortable and perfect location close to Munich for an early check around 13:00 pm, marienplatz which is the city centre, and trams, buses and direct train to the airport. I was surprised at nearby Rosi - Kaffeehaus und Bar, they had some goodies, drinks.
